Every offer you receive comes from a company whose active commercial registration includes facility management, checked and approved by our team before it reaches you. Companies holding a REGA FAL license for facility management are clearly marked on their offers.
What is the FAL license for facility management that I see on some offers?
A license from the Real Estate General Authority for companies that run the technical side of a building on the owner's behalf, such as water, gas, electricity, air conditioning and sewage. A company with the badge on its offer has uploaded this license. Companies without it are checked the same way by our team: an active commercial register that includes facility management.
Can I find an approved facility management company in Riyadh?
Yes, we're launching in Riyadh first with verified, approved facility management companies, and expanding to other cities gradually.
When will I receive price offers after posting my request?
As soon as you post your request, approved facility management companies in Riyadh are notified, and offers show up in your account the moment they're submitted. How many you get, and how fast, depends on your request's scope and each company's schedule.
Do my phone number and data stay private?
Yes. Your number is never shown to a company until you accept their offer, and the full proposal file only opens after you accept.
